But Soros also once said Obama was his biggest disappointment. Point is, it doesnt take much to disappoint Soros - it could be that Xi didnt get enough trillians to him as he was supposed to...

But all that apart, this theory is gaining impetus. Lets see what happens. If it turns out true, I would regret stopping watching Seargant Report.
