True I forgot about submarines but, I still don't think any other nations have solved long range nuclear missiles. Prove me wrong, but I remember reading up on it a a few years back.

China bluffs about their capabilities alot too.

However, we've definitely fallen behind them when it comes to missle range on ships. Not because we don't have better tech, but because we don't put any money into building battle ships. All China does lately is build ships.
