Sorry, it’s an expression I picked up. It means pretty much the opposite of how it sounds. Of course people conspired to steal the election. And those people use the words conspiracy and conspiracy theory to dismiss anyone who states there was fraud. So the expression means something like, “okay, we won’t call it a conspiracy, but we’ll talk about all these “coincidences” instead.”
