I think taking the angle, that by taking responsibility for policing preventative medicine for covid, the employer is also assuming liability for ALL other transmittable viruses/infections, is the correct play here. Corporate lawyers are far more twitchy about exposure than our elected representatives are about protecting medical autonomy.
