So now they have risked everything by too quickly trying to regain their advances in objectives and time in such a way as to allow it to be understood by the people. They must have an end date. Why? What is it? What is its significance? I keep coming back to these questions. Why would they risk it all instead of just slowly regaining their advances and continuing as normal?

You realize that China is setting the stage for an invasion of Taiwan? And that they have threatened nuclear retaliation if anyone interferes? And that Joe Biden and the leftists are incompetants who will royally fuck up everything they touch?
And you call it a .0000001 % chance?
What does any of that have to do with a global EMP?
Do you know how much energy that would take? And why would China (or anyone else) fry all their own electronics?
