do you actually think there is any way that Donald Trump could have so confidently called exactly what was going to happen, and the patriots are really not in control?

At the time, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Donald Trump had been so blatantly cheated in the election, and he was now not only just essentially going to slink off the scene, but now he was making wild, ridiculous predictions on his way out. It didn't make sense. We were going to hell in a handbasket, and this wasn't helping. I had never ever heard of a plan, much less "the plan", at that point.
But the one incongruous thing from that speech in Alamo that did stick with me at the time - he was very confident in what he was saying and he was inexplicably, unjustifiably optimistic.
I now know exactly why, even if I still don't know remotely how.

Well, I'd say that she shouldn't have even been eligible to run on the ticket as VP in that case... except, of course, if you have the right skin color and the right politics, even stating that is disqualifying racist. 🤷♂️
