They should travel to India. Get as many transports as possible and just send them off to India. India might be able to help in some way. In fact it might be a good idea to offer arms or some kind of aid to India in exchange for help in getting our Americans back. God this is the hostage crisis all over again.

Getting India involved might be useful because they benefit by getting help in a region that is becoming increasingly hostile to them. Pakistan and China do not like India. An American presence in Afghanistan was a huge benefit to India. It kept Pakistan preoccupied.
