It wasn't my buddy who was there but the girl who checked me out has known me for years because i was a cashier there... here's how it went:
I'm getting rung up at the pharmacy by my friend and the pharmacist walks over and asked me if i wanted to get a booster...
A booster, I ask, of what? The vaccine, he says Which vaccine? I ask Covid ...he says
Well, can i see the insert? I ask What insert? He says You know, the one that comes in every single medication thats distributed... I want to see the ingredients that are in it...I say
Why would you want to see that? He asks Well before i take anything i like to research whats in it....I say
He looked at me and said "There isn't one" .... What do you mean there isn't one? I ask He said "since it isnt approved by the FDA there is no insert, did you ask to see it when you got the first two vaccines? "
Who said i got the 1st two vaccines? You did, he said... Nope, i never said that....and you, a supposed man of science, and our government, expect people to put God knows what concoction of chemicals into their bodies without telling them whats in it?
Its safe, he said... So why isn't whats in it disclosed ? I ask Well getting covid could kill you, he said.. Already had covid, hate to tell you this but I'm not dead... i said
Where's your mask then, he asked Same place your insert is, i said.... NON EXISTENT.....
He walked away....my friend laughed as i wink at her and walk away....

As a pharmacist myself, I can't tell you how frustrating this whole thing has been. We started boosters yesterday. We had a line before 7am. I force the patients to circle on the list which autoimmune disorder they have. 7 out of 10 circled other. I tell them, they have to specify which. They get so angry! When asked by people if I got the shot, you should see rhe face I give them. I get in arguments with my partner who wears 2 masks everyday and who GOT Covid after being vaccinated, all the time. I showed him some of the videos here and he just closes his ears. I think he desperately wants me to get covid to prove a point, lol
Boosters here started on the 14th....One of my daughters sounds like your partner, I finally told her that I would no longer discuss the matter with her and if she brought up my "conspiracy theory belief system" (I told her God is not a conspiracy theorist read the bible like I taught you too) I would just leave....the state! (Moved here to help her) been quiet since.
I know your struggle as many do with family and friends...What is so clear to millions of us is so unclear to them.
Based pharmacist. My own cousin who worked in a large pharmaceutical company (but now retired) has been pushing the clot shot. I refuse to follow his instructions on this one.
Why is "other" not a suitable choice, if it's actually a choice on the form? They certainly can't circle it, if it's not there.
