Just a random thought... I'm not smart with history and such. It's a genuine question. With the way things are going right now, I could easily see him "surrender" and weakly nope the f right out of there... wouldn't that be something.

Yes. Biden could resign. Kamala would then become president. If she wanted to, she could nominate Trump as VP under the 25th Amendment. Both houses of Congress would need to agree. Then Kamala could resign and Trump would become president.

That would require everyone to cooperate though. I do not believe that will be the chosen path.
