If Justin Trudeau calls Hillary and asks her opinion... then that's fine. He can get Hillary's opinion.

It's not official and has nothing to do with our Federal Government... but he can ask Hillary anything he wants. :>)

Depends on the information SHE gave to him, if it was just her opinion, fine but, if she was privy to intel and things in real time, behind the scenes at the WH and Biden administration. In this case, her reply seemed she was just giving her general opinion and outlook on things.
