The ATF is attempting to change the definitions of "Firearm", "Receiver", etc. primarily to go after people making firearms at home. But also to reclassify your AR15 so that they will have even more control over it.
Please politely tell them to stuff it. Deadline is COB tomorrow, the 19th.

At this point, IDGAFudge what they think the can write into law. Confiscating guns will not go well with the country…especially at this present point and time.
They are not even bothering to make it a law. They just write it into their interpretation of the law and effect a massive change to how the law is used.
This behavior needs to be fought wherever and whenever we find it.
And yes, if they decide to confiscate guns it will be war, perhaps. But they will do it in steps and stages, trying to boil the frog.
