Watch that clip until the end. At 3:23 she was about to reveal something that he did NOT want revealed. He interrupted her, when he did it, on purpose. He kept her from finishing her sentence and revealing the truth.

I don’t agree because she did go on to say the most incriminating part: that “the United States chose this outcome” - and nobody stopped her.
