The military has always been mandated to have vaccines, usually straight from boot camp. I think if there was ever going to be a legal defense against it, we would have seen something long before adding the COVID vaccine to the cocktail.

Most people don't know that EUA "vaccines" have been tested on American servicemen and women for decades. True, by law EUA can't be forced on someone. However, there are always ways of making a serviceman or woman capitulate by superiors. It's a shitty deal and it happened to me in 1992. Yes, you could always refuse, but there are always consequences. It's a shitty system.
Except, that's not a vaccine for the CCP Virus.
As long as the military officially and legally disagrees, that’s irrelevant for the purposes of this conversation. It’s a vaccine the military wants its people to have.
It is if there is a mass refusal. Personal responsibility is a thing, and if there is a mass refusal, what are the brass gonna do? Fire them all? They may, but the backlash will be too big to ignore, too public optics are too big to ignore. They want to weaken the military, but some ways are easier hidden then others. The rank and file military are going to have to make a stand themselves, we can't do that part for them. All we can do is show them they have the support of the majority.
We'll see if there is a mass refusal. Like I said, there hasn't really been a problem enforcing mandated vaccines in the past, and it's highly unlikely the vast majority of military members did their research on the anthrax vaccines, the MMR vaccines, and everything else they've been mandated to take before letting the doctor stick them.
If they didn't fight back on those, I don't see why they would here, and haven't seen much concrete evidence that they are.
That's right, in boot camp. I think that's the only reason it has gone on for so long with little objection. I was 17 in boot camp, and had no idea I was going to be shot up up until we were standing in line with our arms bared. Not a time, place, or age when questioning authority will spontaneously arise. Especially when there was zero warning.
