Fake news is trying to change the narrative on Mike.
The challenge was for the experts to try and prove that the data Mike has in his possession was NOT from the 2020 election. Everyone of them has stated that the data is from the 2020 election.
Notice none of the hit pieces even mention that, just complaints that the experts didn’t get to see the PCAPs and prove anything else.
What the fake news is also NOT reporting is Mike had to STOP access to his data on the second day after he was informed there was a poison pill operation in play against him. If he had released his PCAPs on the 2nd day, Joshua Merritt, one of the hired experts on Mike’s red team (probably a clown), was poised to steal the data, violating his NDA, and pass it on to deep state goons so a poison pill could be inserted, thus sabotaging all the work Mike has done to date validating his data.
Listen to this traitor Josh’s phone call trying to sabotage Mike:

A good listen if you have the time.
Mike is exposing more as they go through all the evidence from the attempted sabotage. There was also an attempt to setup him and TruNews with false information in an effort to cause a conflict between the two. More to come on that.
I highly recommend giving him a listen because this sabotage attempt was most likely deep state ran (who else would be so committed to sabotage evidence of voter machine fraud?) and Mike is slowly dropping names of those involved as he learns more from his counter intelligence team. His goal is to uncover who was really behind the sabotage. His show is on at 11 and 6 central every day on frankspeech.
This guy is trying to say he got to look at the files

I just watched a clip from the symposium on Lindell’s Report. And they were showing the data on the over head and dissecting logs in real time. You could see HTTP POST requests from IPv6 addresses that were not the same as the voting machine’s address, which means there was remote access to some web interface on the machine.
The clip was too blurry and I couldn’t make out the addresses, but if all of those cyber experts agreed that this data was from the 2020 election, then WTF and why are there remote connections into the machines?
My guess is this is some of the data they saw. And the 5 million was to prove that these files were NOT from the 2020 election, but all of the experts already agreed that they were. In the article you linked, the cyber guy Bill said:
Mike didn’t ask them to disprove the accuracy of the 2020 election, only that the data came from the 2020 election. Notice they never state that in any article, which is why it’s fake news.
As for the PCAPs, Mike was going to release some of those on the second day, but stopped when his counter intelligence team got wind that there was a poison pill op being played against him. That morning, he was going to release enough PCAPs that would further prove that the data he had was being accessed from China.
