I'm starting to do more reading. I'm beginning to think it's not really the 270 that is needed. It's just a simple majority. If 3 swing states pull back their Biden electors, Trump returns.

Edit: actually, what I think you meant to say was that all that was needed was a plurality. In this case would be the most EC votes of those not recalled.
