Skooch got something trending on Twitter after asking for input on a YouTube video he was making. Do not for a moment think a majority of the human users on botter are waking up due to their stooges taking too long to silence a trend. Skooch is not on some PewDiePie level with trillions of followers. This tells me it's not that hard to get shit trending.
