If we have any honest government left I think we decertify the election at State level, if no candidate has 270 at that point it should trigger the 12th Amendment. Then each State votes, one vote per State, in Congress for POTUS.

The rest has to then be sorted, we in effect go thru 3 Constitutional crises. That's what the left does in America, create Constitutional crises, stop America from operating via government dysfunction.

One crises is the State legislatures affected must decertify, 2nd is Congress must decertify (I think), then each State votes once.
