A one question survey: "Are you vaccinated?" There's supposed to be 3 choices 1) Yes 2) No 3) Decline to answer

Spouse will be selecting option 3. Not too sure what type of company survey wants your name except for a one that's looking for trouble.

This whole thing stinks to high heaven.

It is taking every last ounce of self-control to not reach out to his HR department with the facts that what they're even hinting at is illegal. Please pray for protection for my spouse.
