I am an RN and will be out of a job in about two weeks. Looking for advice, stories, or ideas of how to go about finding a job in healthcare that does not require the vax.

Why not just get a nurse friend to give you a saline solution shot and squirt the vax down the sink? Record it as a vax.
If the Federal Government, the medical industry, your own employer, the Main Stream Media, etc... are all lying about Covid and the "Safe and effective vaccine" ... then you can feel justified in lying to them about taking it.
My wife is an RN and they haven't mandated it yet, just rumors.
However as of today if you are vaccinated you get a "special hero sticker" (so the rest aren't heros anymore) and if you don't have the special designator, you have to wear an N95.
Why N95 only now and suddenly? Because it has nothing to do with safety, just to make you feel ostracized and uncomfortable to bully you socially into taking the vaccine. What a fraud all of this is..
Unfortunately I work at a nursing home and Biden is refusing to give nursing homes Medicare/Medicaid funding (which is 99% of our patients) if they have any unvaccinated staff
I'm sure it's coming down the pipe for her soon. I'm not sure if she will fold or not.
I'm in NY, where Cuomo in his waning days has ordered all medical staff in hospitals and nursing homes to be vaxxed.
I'm an independent home care nurse. I've been contemplating my reaction if the family I currently nurse for demands I be vaxxed. So far, even though they're all vaxxed (but also anti lib/dem) they haven't brought it up.
My concern is if the insurance company whom I bill makes a mandate. They're crummy enough trying to get paid through. And a bigger concern...what if the board of nursing starts demanding it to stay licensed.
But there you go, one option...independent home care. I can tell you that in NY the demand FAR out numbers the nurses..
I'm retired but I would get my dream job working in an antique mall. 40 years of healthcare is enough for me.
Use religious exemption I work in food service at the veterans administration and get a lawyer
You can always sue them for more than the company's worth. Sue them out of business for that shit
my relative has not been required as of yet. small hospital in a tiny town in a red state. Poor shitty hospital too, they don't even use proper protocol around covid patients.
