My wifes mother is involved with Kaiser and is being required to be vaccinated in order to continue working. She has gotten involved in a large group of medical employees that are working with lawyers/class action lawsuits against the vaccine mandate. Fo not quit or get the vaccine. Lawyers have advised to say absolutely nothing but simply I'm religiously excempt, no notes from pastors no quoting scriptures etc. Do not quit, stand strong and tge will retract the mandate! Thank you, I have to submit my religious exemption by tomorrow and while I know my beliefs I have no idea the best way of submitting it. I’m also not on any social media so I haven’t heard of any class action lawsuits to join up with. It’s ridiculous that they want people to try and justify their religious beliefs. Who gets to decide what qualifies or tell someone that their religion doesn’t get a pass? It’s so bogus! I will be praying for your family member and their lawsuit!

If they fire you have no fear. . .enjoy some time off with your good health intact. Also, stay busy by updating your resume and suing them silly! Medical personnel will be in huge demand very soon! Already are in Houston.
They are saying that if we’re not fully vaccinated by the deadline and haven’t been approved for an exemption, we will be out on administrative leave with no pay until we comply or until they figure out what to do with our Union, who of course are a bunch of communist who are not standing up for our rights!!🙄 So yeah, they’re trying to get around the legal ramifications of firing us for not taking the vaccine by not allowing us to work and collect a paycheck. So one tiny step short of all out firing us. 🤯
Study the FDA “approval”. They are mandating the EUA version so big Pharma liability free; your employer, not so much.
Make them fire you; enjoy some time off; jobs in healthcare will soon increase as the vaxxed will need medical care. Oh, Sue them silly too!
