I feel like Florida will actually have a higher percentage because of all the old people, other states not so much, I'm pretty sure all of the nursing homes and assisted living facilities probably require it, and there's a lot of them in my city, not to mention 55 and ups. Florida might be based, but outside of the big cities it's pretty well dominated by retirement culture.
I have two places in a deed restricted 55 and up in Florida that I rent out now.
One day when I get tired of mowing and taking care of my house in same city, I might move into one of them. The board often acts like Nazi's. They better not try and pass some stupid Nazi rule that says only vaxxed can use the pool and other facilities.
