My theory all along was, the government under Trump printed out duplicate sets of ballots, and mailed them in large groups to places where known fraud was going to happen, thus giving them the ammunition to cheat, using ballots that were specially marked as sorta "bait ballots" With enough bait ballots in the system you could easily stop production of counterfeit ballots, because there are so many "real" ballots out there you can use. It would also embolden the people to use these over printing their own because they were real which to them is more credible.

That is why there were all those news stories about 100 ballots showing up at random houses, or being found on the side walk, etc. Or ballots showing up to places where the person hasn't lived in 10 years. The ballots were bait, if they weren't used, then no harm. If they were used, then it's easily trackable.

I think this is why Trump is so confident, because it irrefutable evidence, I think he is currently pissed about what the left is doing to the country, but he has to let this play out.... and it's currently working... I mean people outside of the zealots are fed up with Joe Biden and co.
