I looked and the article didn't clarify which Friday.

It is being presented to the AZ Senate today. Public release is slated for next Friday I believe.

As far as I know there is no public release. If there is it's very likely misinformation/setting expectations.

The AZ Senate gets it today and once they deem it ready will release it.

Fridays are bad days to release stuff that you want in the news cycle. Usually the opposite happens. If there's anything in that report that proves fraud, I'd highly doubt they'll intentionally wait until a Friday to release it.
