I hate to say this, but I think the lefties were more inclined to take the jab than the patriots. We were independent thinkers since forever. We are less likely to follow others when we can do research and find out opposing views, and then decide. I never for one moment considered the jab, even though our wonderful POTUS said it was OK. He's not a scientist.
