This is why I believe the concept of human NPCs is real. No one can be this incredibly brainwashed or stupid.
Well - stupid people exist.Brainwashed ones too. But majority of this is orchestrated, organized from the beginning to the end.
This brainwashing operation is a result of decades of horrific research, and very well fine-tuned to target this audience, many of them through out their educational years. Most people really had no chance.
