I’d say no. A similar argument would be should I pay higher premiums for my car insurance because there are people who choose to drive uninsured?
Yeah....your body your choice, I think is the way to think of this.
These people require more expensive health care, of course their premiums would go up. Your body your choice also means dealing with the consequences of your actions.
In some states you do. Some states require uninsured motorist coverage on top of your regular coverage. Other states make it so you have to opt out of it.
