I started avoiding fluoride about a month ago. Only drinking Great Value bottled water and fluoride free toothpaste.
You can check bottled water fluoride content here: https://truthaboutfluoride.com/bottled-water-without-fluoride/
Can't say I feel any different, but prefer to not to have it just the same.
Plastic bottles are not good either.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Not easy staying away from anything that could potentially cause health issues. :(
Once with get through the Great Awakening, I'd like to see strict mandates chemically in manufacturing products for, or come in touch with, humans.
I am thinking, people will be more spread out and this will be a local rural law thing. Which IMO is better.
I just remembered this, one of their things listed is halting the addition of fluoride in water.

Better check on the content of flouride in Tea as well and avoid drinking it.

"Indeed, the tea plant, Camellia sinensis has been known since the 1930s to be a hyperaccumulator of fluoride [5,6]. Tea trees accumulate and store fluoride by absorbing it from the air and soil. Fluoride accumulates mostly in the leaves of the tea plant [2]. A substantial amount of fluoride is released during tea infusion. Because soluble fluoride is easily absorbed by the gastrointestional track, the bioavailability of fluoride from tea is close to 100%"
I don't drink tea, pretty much just water with an occasional soda here and there. But never thought about it being in tea, thanks for the HU.
