To me this seems like a very viable course of action. They violated every standard they themselves created to do this. See you in court, FDA!

Not just a civil suit, but it is yet one more trap in the massive sting to get all those deep state compliant workers out of the FDA. You can't charge someone with a crime until they have actually committed a crime. This is definitely a setup. Those in the FDA who go along with this will be criminally liable.
Yes. Then you're outing misconduct at the FDA and they can't just throw individual companies under the bus.
FDA approval of the poison is an act of war upon humanity.

The corrupt government, big pharma, and justice system, all working in concert have shown that laws don't apply.
