Most churches are under a 501c3 contract with the government which makes the government the head of the church NOT CHRIST! Stay out of church...its part of the satanic system running the world...instead look into doing a fellowship in your home or small group setting. Get together with other believers and pray together...God never said to go make a building and sit and listen, he said GO out and spread the good news. We were never meant to be locked down in a pew listening to one person..the body of Christ has many parts, all are necessary for the body work.....we all have a spiritual gift to offer for the body to work properly.... the book of acts explains this...🙏🙏🙏
The Chinese allow the Catholic Church to set up shop but crack down on the house churches as ruthlessly as they do the Uyghurs and Falun Gong.
Many Chinese Christians have to memorize Bible verses as part of avoiding detection by the Commies.
I often think of these verses when preparing for the future. Bible study is most definitely part of that for me.

Not true. Virtually all churches are considered to be 501c3 for the purposes of taxation/IRS without ever filing anything. Both good and bad. No contract.
Hard to find a good church, that's true. Can't take the easy way out and say ALL are bad, though.
