We borrow money from China, then send it to China as "foreign aid." They now have their money back, and we owe them the money we borrowed, plus interest.

Its insane, but our government is run by crooks, so its not surprising in the least.

They just print USD I remember back in 90's I think a chinese general getting "caught" printing USD and the ccp had no clue it was happening then down the memory hole but Pepperidge Farms remembers
