There is more to learn than the action of this one man. I keep putting up "Be this guy" posts because everyone should be the person who can be relied on, responsible, and a leader. How many times have you seen an accident happen, and NO ONE stops to see what they can do, "I don't have time" "I don't want to get involved" "it's someone else's problem" and so forth. How many times have you helped your elderly neighbor, stopped to change a tire, de-escalated a heated argument, paid for someone's gas or groceries? Do you pass on what you know, do you educate people about what is going on, do you stand up for what is right, if you are a Christian -- do you give words of encouragement or tell people your beliefs when asked?
It's all nice and good to post threads, make comments, and laugh at a good meme. But we need to put our morals and beliefs into action. I keep hearing here "Why doesn't Trump do X, Y, Z yet??", maybe they are ready but they don't see enough support. Trump isn't going to help your neighbor, speak out at your local town hall meeting, confront the radicals on your school board, or teach your kids, right and wrong or what a real blessing it is to be in this country. Trump and Q can only do so much, there is a vast amount of heavy lifting that is our requirement. We have to be the leaders, we have to be the lions, we need to be the sheepdogs, because the rest of the country are just braindead sheep.
My friend thought this was a waste of time. I asked her to tell me what does the Bible say about standing by and doing nothing when they see evil. And I asked, why do you always say "why doesn't anybody do anything". I said I am one of the people that is trying, why would you want me to stop.
