If we're under a dual presidency(Biden is the executive president and Trump is commander and cheif). Trump pulled the troops out trying to force Biden to admit that this is true(hence the request for commercial airlines to help with extraction).

The commercial airlines are an utterly joke. One day before that a french military plane launched flares, while taking off. Now they tell us that they are using standard civilian planes with non-mil pilots.
