I was checking to see if we were having more cardiovascular deaths, cancer desths, etc.but almost every category looked about the same as 2020 - except for the category of ‘signs, symptoms, abnormal clinical and laboratory findings not elsewhere classified.
While I haven’t run multiple updates on this dataset this year, so my knowledge of idiosynchracies is limited, this ‘could’ be where the vax related deaths are landing. Appears to be accelerating. If i find anything new I’ll update.

It's presented all the time with the full vaccination number to create the illusion that people are still getting vaccinated. But the total fully vaccinated basically leveled off with the one-shot population staying steady as well.
