Lack of FDA approval was just a convenience. I see many asking for links and other info on FDA shortcuts and other talking points to justify still not wanting the jab.
It was never about FDA approval (or lack thereof). It was always about a >98% survival rate - for a cough.
The argument is 1) you have an immune system, 2) you believe in natural immunity, 3) the substantial list of documented side-effects doesn't outweigh a 2% chance of dying from covid.
What about section 3 of the Code that mentions the animal testing? In this instance all the animals died, so that's a big fail.

That's has no bearing especially in a right to work state. Don't like the vaccine, quit. That's their argument and it's a sound legal one.
