Speaking of gems.. Biden referred to as a retard in a panel style interview of a bunch of EU journalists - gifting so many weapons (a decision entirely on his own, not a single ally communicated with before this decision was made) to the taliban makes him either a retard, or an enemy.. was how the logic goes.
