I heard somewhere that OSHA said that if companies mandate a vaxx as a requirement for employment and a reaction occurs, the incident would be considered a "workplace" injury and would cast the responsibility back onto the company.
IIRC I actually read that on their site a few months ago. Today I read they're in the process of revising that particular guideline to be more in keeping with the current injection narrative.
Corporations are explicitly being given the sanction to decide the life or death of their employees.
This is directly what our (smarter) founding fathers stood against. Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson spin in their graves fast enough to outperform the Hoover Dam, today.
For example, in 1945 the French government seized the car-maker Renault because its owners had collaborated with the 1940-1944 Nazi occupiers of France.
All the Property that is necessary to a Man, for the Conservation of the Individual and the Propagation of the Species, is his natural Right, which none can justly deprive him of: But all Property superfluous to such purposes is the Property of the Publick, who, by their Laws, have created it, and who may therefore by other Laws dispose of it, whenever the Welfare of the Publick shall demand such Disposition. He that does not like civil Society on these Terms, let him retire and live among Savages. He can have no right to the benefits of Society, who will not pay his Club towards the Support of it. - Benjamin Franklin, to Robert Morris: Christmas Day, 1783.
They get tax breaks, then they are government funded, and they should not qualify as a private business. At least, that's how it should be if we lived in a law abiding constitutional republic.

They did.but I believe they went back on it.
They went back on the requirement that employers mandating vaccines would have to record every injury/death until 5/22.
It is purely politics as this point. Actually this might awaken some normies.
Fascism, plain and simple.
I see it now
