Just thinking; why would they have just gotten the envelope images on Thursday? That might explain why the report didn't get released on Friday or today, but I saw somewhere on this site that it would be the 25th, which is Wednesday.

I think they may be incorporating something with these image into the report so as to make it more complete. I can see the Election Board having something up their sleeve with these images.
