no need for a "Smart" phone if everyone you know is in quarantine, right? Stop carrying THEIR tracking device with you.
No reason to not leave them at home and just treat them like a landline. But people get spastic without their constant dopamine hits.
That is exactly my point. If Big Brother thinks you are your phone, leave your phone where THEY want you to be.

The sensors in all devices made in the last few years can use wifi antennas to essentially x-ray/radar the surrounding area and create a map of a structure and the people within it as they disrupt the wifi signal. They will know if you leave the phone and go out.
