That's going to be an interesting process. Reversing the damage done to our food supply by the Cabal via Monsanto.
I do not believe the chronic obesity we see is because people are just all pigs, especially the children. I remember the adults when I was growing up - they ate plenty, always had dessert, NEVER exercised, and were nearly all fit and trim. There's something terribly wrong with our food.
Exactly. When I was growing up in the 1960s - 70s, we consumed all the things reported to cause obesity - sugar, refined carbs, soda, fast food, fatty meats, etc. - and almost everyone was pretty effortlessly slim to normal weight. Millions had desk jobs, cars, and most of the labor-saving appliances we have today. We watched TV or read or had big family dinners in our free time. We might do a few minutes of Jack La Lanne calisthenics in the morning, but only athletes joined a gym.
In the mid- to late 1980s, all these formerly slim Americans suddenly started ballooning up by the millions without consciously changing their eating or exercise habits. They then started dieting and exercising up a storm, making life uncomfortable to miserable, only to end up fatter than before after every round of unsustainable deprivation. "Eat less, exercise more" has been a miserable failure, backfiring for over 95% of dieters.
Newer studies show that things like blue light exposure and gut bacteria play a role in determining whether mice on the same diet and exercise program are fat or slim. We need to consider what changed in the mid-1980s and start thinking outside the box, looking for a systemic change that set up the obesity epidemic, get the poisons out of our food supply, and come up with better solutions than "Eat less, exercise more."
I agree, the obesity is unreal. Im almost 50 and I do not remember that many fat people. Sure there has always been obesity, but jeez it is unreal these days.
1st thing people need to do is quit eating out and/or fast food.
Yep. All processed food really. It's funny that the best food is the cheapest...and you can always find it only on the outer edges of grocery stores. Wonder why they do that?
First people need to learn to cook.
Corn syrup in everything, soy loaded with estrogen-soy boys. Cooking not being taught in schools, some people consider heating stuff from the frozen section as cooking.
I think the obesity ‘pandemic’ is caused by people giving up responsibility of their own life and handing their existence and intelligence over to the government, medical industry and media, etc.
When you start relying on these people to think and protect you, of course you’re going to become sick and worthless and bloated, because government is sick and worthless and bloated. Media and government are tricking people into being believing they’re depressed or having adhd or getting cancer, and then pushing the crap that’s supposed to fix it all. Add covid to that.
The mind is definitely powerful, but I don't know as I'd say these enormously obese little kids have any of these concepts in their heads.
Whole thing reminds me of that silly sci-fi movie where people were fattened up as food. Obese people definitely feed big pharma!
oh, I agree the kids don’t have the concepts in their heads. But the parents do. The parents are often lazy and again are willing to let the state/government/tv raise their kids, but the kids become victims of the system in the process.
