This is actually a plan I already started. Been collecting every bit of documentation for my defense and documenting dates/ times and discussions. Hell even had the head of radiation safety ask my vaccine status in front of 20 other employees. I told him it's none of his business, walked out the class and emailed hr so I got their bullshit response and followed up showing there was no corrective action towards their management. 15 years in my industry, I'm gonna have a lot of cash to throw at my lawyer so he can throw a bunch back at me!
