I started a job on Aug 2. Prior to employment, I stated (via email) that I would not be getting the jab. Sure enough, a week after I get the job, the job requires the jab. By Nov 12. So I called my doc and scheduled an appt for Nov 11. Anytime someone asks about my status, I reference the appt. And when the appt comes and goes and I don't show up, well... let's just say I didn't get this job because I need the money and I am willing to battle this out in the courtroom on behalf of a those who do need the money.
