It was a fake website and AFAIK it still is... doesn't seem to be GOV owned ... checked and shares IP with other unrelated websites etc... and is behind Cloudflare

The original wh website is behind AKAMAI.... and a reverse ip lookup doesn't give any other unrelated website.
