I'm trying to put in my information for them to contact me and the SUBMIT button won't work. Currently using Firefox. It didn't work when i tried on my phone either.

They are overloaded. If you’re looking for round of HCQ or Ivermectin for treatment purposes, I got mine same day through pushhealth.com
