One thing I really appreciate about the doctor's post is that he gives the goods before asking the rhetorical question.

It's getting infuriating how many thinks posting in only questions is somehow intelligent.

Meanwhile the doctor's post is just enought to rev the thought engine of people who are inclined to dig deeper which would lead to more people to look in to how much the crooked medical business is raking in and from where.
