I remember advice my father used to give me. Don't speak much he'd say. Why? I would ask. Because people always give you the benefit of the doubt and think you are full of wisdom when you are quiet. The problem happens when you open your mouth. Then people start to realize you don't know that much and then they tear you apart. Better to give the illusion of being smart than opening your mouth and confirming how stupid you are. Fauci never learned that lesson.
