A restaurant is already hard to keep afloat. That's the whole point of people like Robert Irvine and Gordon Ramsey trying to help them get a better foothold.

So it's already stacked against would be restauranteurs...and they choose to make it harder in order to virtue signal and cut off a portion of income.
