there is not.

OSHA is not recording until 5/22 Employers can fire you for whatever reason they want, at least in a few states. Failing to get something that the state mandates isn't going to land you unemployment, which is only an insurance that an employer pays into, you aren't costing then near as much as you make them while you work for them.
This is only allowing them to continue to push paper on your time and dime.
