Dr. Malone stated two letters were issued today.

Pfizer is still under the EUA and has a liability shield, and is available now for persons aged 16 yrs and older.

ComiRNAty is the BioNtech shot that was given licensing by BLA. It is NOT available. Manufacturing has not begun. It will NOT have a liability shield! Meaning, the company will not be protected as Pfizer is currently.
