Yeah my parent's doctor told them both they should get the jab several months ago and I tried to tell them to wait awhile and see how things go but they went ahead and got two each. Now they are both suffering from a bad flare-up of arthritis and I can tell my Dad realizes that they made a mistake.

Prayers for your dad. My In-Laws are in the same boat. FIL had a covid scare, felt really sick, and decided it was a good idea to get a third shot. I believe he regretted that one.
