Noticing that this stuff is incoming is way different than following it. I wonder if people who got overwhelmed by it never noticed that the idea did not originate in their own train of thought. This crap came by,they jumped on the train, never considered it's not really their own idea.
He states multiple times that he's paranoid. Coming from someone who states he is in tune with his body is concerning. The paranoid part could be a mental weakness that is being taken advantage of by the dark powers.

Many people have noticed and commented that it seems that a lot of people have abandoned their intellect, reasoning and discernment and to be in a trance of sorts that leaves them open to suggestion.. like their mind can be infiltrated and controlled with all the natural defenses having been lowered. A door open for any negative or destructive idea to sneak inside in a sense.
Which right now is tolerance of tyranny, acceptance of risk around the clotshots, and maybe even the karen / snitch type thing where they feel obligated to attack and harangue their neighbors and anyone in proximity who dont go along with the conditioning.
If you take evolution and nature as a guide, then inference that can be drawn from thousands of generations of people who never had vaccines, smartphones plastered against their head, 24/7 social media, cable TV and news media beaming lies at them constantly.. who despite these 'lacks' all prospered and thrived and were healthy and happy. Maybe work in eliminating these factors and returning to faith and simpler living.
